About these terms
These terms explain how to use the Sunday Crumb website and what to expect when arranging an order with us. Any specific details agreed with you when we confirm your order also apply. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights that apply under the law.
The daily counter
Our bread and pastries are made in batches, and the selection may change or sell out. Menu descriptions, photographs and displayed prices help you choose; handmade bakes naturally vary in appearance. We will confirm the current selection and final price before accepting a planned order.
Enquiries and order confirmation
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm an order. For catering and larger orders, please allow at least 48 hours and tell us your preferred date, quantity and any ingredient questions. Larger or special requests may need more notice. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and agree the selection, price and collection arrangements with you.
Prices and payment
The final price, any applicable taxes or charges, and payment arrangements will be explained before you commit to an order. If a deposit or advance payment is needed, we will tell you the amount and when it is due. We will contact you about any pricing error before accepting an affected order.
Collection
Catering and larger orders are for collection from the bakery at the agreed date and time, unless we specifically agree otherwise. Please contact us if you are running late or need to change your plans. We will advise on suitable storage and handling when you collect; please follow that advice to keep your bakes at their best.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will explain what is possible based on the notice given, ingredients already purchased and preparation already started. Any cancellation charge or refund arrangement will follow the terms agreed when the order was confirmed and the rights provided by applicable law.
Ingredients and allergens
Please discuss allergies, intolerances and other ingredient requirements with the team before placing an order. Recipes and ingredients can change, so do not rely on a photograph or previous purchase for allergen information. We will confirm what we can offer before accepting your request. Do not assume a product is free from an allergen unless the bakery has expressly confirmed this.
If something is not right
Please contact the bakery promptly with your order details and a description of the problem. A photograph can help us understand a product concern. We will review what happened and discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable. These terms do not exclude rights relating to faulty, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.
Using our website
Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its content. Our photography, branding and written content may not be reused commercially without permission. External websites, including maps and social media services, operate under their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Contact and updates
For questions about an order or these terms, use the contact details on the homepage contact section or speak to the team at 18 Market Lane, Brookfield. We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. Changes will not alter an already confirmed order unless we agree them with you or the law requires otherwise.
